Fees/Insurance
I am not in-network or affiliated with any insurance plans, including Medicare, Tricare, or Medicaid. What that means is that all services are private pay.
On a monthly basis, I will provide you with a superbill, which is a document that may be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement for out-of-network services. The coverage for out-of-network services varies depending on insurance plans, so it’s best to contact your insurance company and ask about the out-of-network reimbursement rate (see additional information below).
Session Fees:
Initial 15-Minute Phone Consultation - Complimentary
Intake Session - $240
Individual 45-50 Minute Session - $225
Investment
Therapy is a meaningful investment in your most valuable asset: yourself. Many people hesitate to invest time and money in their own well being, even though they readily do so for others. Remember, your health is important and you are worth the care you give.
Here is how therapy pays dividends over time:
1. Emotional Health and Resilience
Investing in therapy can help you develop the tools needed to manage stress, regulate emotions, and navigate life’s inevitable challenges with greater ease. These skills can reduce the severity and frequency of emotional crises, lowering the overall “cost” of distress in your life.
2. Improved Relationships
Therapy often leads to healthier relationships—romantic, friendship, familial, or professional. Improved communication, boundary-setting, empathy, and conflict resolution can not only enhance your happiness but also prevent the emotional and financial costs of dysfunctional relationships.
3. Physical Health Benefits
There is a strong connection between psychological health and physical wellness. Addressing mental health issues can reduce the risk of chronic illnesses, improve sleep, and lower stress-related symptoms—all of which can reduce medical costs over time.
4. Professional Growth
Emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and resilience are key ingredients for professional success. You may find that therapy helps you identify strengths, clarify goals and values, and overcome workplace challenges, translating to improved satisfaction.
5. Intergenerational Impact
The benefits of therapy do not stop with you. By breaking harmful patterns, developing healthy coping mechanisms, and improving communication, you can positively impact your children, partner, family, and communities.

I am not in-network with any insurance plans, including Medicare, Tricare, or Medicaid. This means you pay for services upfront and will be provided with a monthly superbill that you may submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement purposes.
-
If you would like to use out-of-network benefits, I will provide you a superbill (a detailed receipt), which you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
I recommend that you contact your insurance provider to clarify the specifics of your out-of-network benefits, as reimbursement rates and deductible requirements can vary by plan. While reimbursement cannot be guaranteed, and not all plans offer out-of-network coverage, many PPO plans do provide some level of reimbursement.

Private pay enables sessions to be structured around individual needs and preferences without the limitations set by insurance companies. This approach allows for treatment plans that can be customized rather than limited to a predetermined number of sessions. Additionally, insurance requires a mental health diagnosis for reimbursement, which may not encompass common concerns such as burnout, relationship issues, work/life balance, identity exploration, or navigating life transitions. Private pay further offers increased privacy and confidentiality by eliminating the requirement to share sensitive information, such as session notes or treatment plans, with insurance providers.
