Burnout & Overwhelm: Burnout is more than “just stress”—it's a profound exhaustion that can impact every area of your life, often fueled by relentless societal expectations and the weight of oppressive systems. For many, burnout is perpetuated by internalized beliefs that you are never doing enough or failing to live up to ever-shifting standards imposed by your environment. I understand the toll of these collective pressures and the internalized self judgement they breed. Perfectionism, Self-Doubt, & Self-Criticism: Perfectionism often co-occurs with self-doubt and a pervasive sense that you’re “not enough,” you’re an “imposter,” or that your success is undeserved. Through an affirming lens, we will explore these internalized messages, get curious about the voice of self-criticism, and work to facilitate a more compassionate, authentic relationship with yourself.

Discomfort in the form of shame, guilt, and harsh judgment often surfaces during these periods of assessment and change. This is a safe, affirming space for you to ask big questions, challenge internalized bias, and honor your unique journey, all while gently addressing the self-critical thoughts that may arise along the way.

Life Transitions: Major life changes—such as starting or losing a job, changing career paths, becoming a parent, moving, entering or leaving relationships, or navigating loss—can bring about uncertainty, stress, and self-doubt.
